Privacy and Confidentiality

During our sessions, I do have to keep notes. I keep these notes in a locked folder so no-one can see or access them except for me. You also have a right to see your own notes, and I am happy to send them to you anytime you would like.

All your notes are private and confidential, which means no-one will see them without your consent. I can share information with any third parties that you would like me to. Legally, I have to share your information if you at risk of harming yourself or someone else, or if I am subpoenaed by the Courts.
